$250 to rent the whole house for one night, (maximum occupancy 12 persons)

Etiquette

• Check in time is 4-6 unless other arrangements are made.  
• Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Please leave your key in the hall.
• Smoking is allowed outside on the porches only.
• No Pets Please.  Service dogs must be pre-arranged.
• Please leave the common rooms as you found them.
